NO EXPECTATIONS .

After receiving confirmation from USPS that you have received your order and you are unsatisifed.  Within 7 days , the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and will be granted store credit in exchange for returned merchandise. 

• Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
• Beaditmoi is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages that may become lost in transit.
• If the address information provided is incorrect ,Beaditmoi is NOT responsible for incorrect shipping address.

ALL packages are santizied and inspected by a team to assure that your information is correct prior to shipping.

IF YOU tie your beads wrong that is NOT considered a default or a error on my end.
